1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by OMA TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

OMA Technology provides payroll processing, salary disbursement, payslip generation, compliance management, and related financial technology services for businesses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
Upload malicious code or content
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are as agreed upon in your service contract. Payment is due according to the billing schedule specified in your agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payroll data submitted through our platform. OMA Technology processes payments based on the information provided by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMA TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
